Episode 019: Guest Zach answers- What makes men run from women and relationships?

Monday, July 7th, 2008

On this episode, Zach, a random guy with serious dating issues, drops by to tell Kirk and Mike what’s on his mind.

Mike and Kirk are slammed by the hard hammer of Zach’s vitriol and bitterness about dating! Whoooa! Easy there, Cowboy.  The guys were stunned by his choice in relationships. Yo, Zach… if you keep chasing the same type of women, the same trouble is going to come up in the relationship. Mike and Kirk vote for you to drop that particular notion of the ideal woman… if you want a real relationship.

What is he so afraid of? Why is he so damn worked up and fearful about dating?  Plus, you won’t believe what type of women he is attracted to physically!

Hold on tight because this rollicking rant is going to be pretty eye-opening.  Oh, and please remember Kirk and Mike love women and have a soft spot for love songs and tenderness!

A little too much caffeine there, Zach? Mon Dieu, you’re like the Kafka version of casanova.

Episode 011: Women mothering guys. Dating a 1-armed Pamela Anderson. Relationships with little people.

Thursday, October 4th, 2007

This episode was kind of all over the place, but here are the important questions the guys tried to answer in their ridiculous guy ways:

Why are guys intimidated by women with serious money? Wait a sec, are guys, in fact, intimidated by powerful women? Second banana anyone?

Mom, are you in the relationship? Do guys really need their girlfriend or wife to mother them… or is that just the girl’s perspective?

Then, the guys really expose their deepest shallow side with a wacky discussion of exactly how sexy little people can be.

Oh yeah, and girls… make sure you check out Kirk’s special tip about the best way to protect yourself at night!

Special thanks to our “Ask A Guy” girls Tina, Debbie, and Shelby.

Kirk is ga-ga over a new album from musician, Eleni Mandell. She’s a torchy, lounge singer who seems to come from some by-gone era. Her lyrics feel country, yet her music ranges from ethereal to bouncy 40’s pop. And she just recorded two new songs in French, so Kirk is doubly happy! Oui, Oui.

Episode 009: Can women’s flaws be a turn-on? Mud Wrestling explained. Quirky women at the L.A. Court house.

Thursday, August 23rd, 2007

Show 9 is packed with craziness. Mike gets hot and bothered trying to explain to Kirk why mud wrestling is about as close to Nirvana as humans can get. Right. Could every relationship benefit from a good romp in the mud? Women in distress!

Kirk takes a little trip on the subway to spend the day at jury duty for the L.A. superior court.

And boy, he comes across some very interesting females who have him raising quite an eyebrow.

Women’s physical flaws: Are certain women’s imperfections actually a turn-on? Do guys care about pedicures on women? Could a zit end a relationship? It’s seems gross, but this is a serious topic for the guys. Well… maybe not that serious. What do men think about pock marks? Moles?

Mike takes absurdity to a new level when he talks about his ultimate deal-breaker in a relationship with a woman. And you have GOT to hear this with your own ears!

Episode 008: A real girl in the studio! Men and Women at the office. Do guys like tattoos?

Thursday, August 9th, 2007

This episode covers a lot of ground, touching on relationships, sex, body art, sexual harassment, and lots of laughs.

Mike and Kirk traded the “Ask A Guy” segment for a whole show featuring a real live girl guest. Sloan Taylor, just a girl living in the world, joins the boys to single-handedly represent her sisterhood. But actually, it kind of seems like the two single folks ganging up on the poor married guy.

Having recently been dumped on myspace by her boyfriend, she is full of vim on the subject of working with men and their one-track minds.

And Sloan just loves climbing up a tall ladder wearing a short skirt!

Later in the show, Mike asks her the age old question “Does size matter?” Kirk is really surprised by her answer.

And how naive is Kirk that he thinks a stripper and a hooker are the same thing?

Also, how much grooming should guys do? Do hairy chests turn women on… or off? What about back hair?

And finally, do guys appreciate a tattoo on a woman? What about 100 tattoos? Do women appreciate guys with ink? What about when the relationship ends? Piercings and nose rings anyone?

In fact, right after this show was recorded, Sloan went down to get her very first tattoo!
